How to Set up PBX Service Extension From GS Wave Android software. Print

Instruction for Setup:

If you use GS Wave Android or IOS software:

First Download the Apps From Google Play Store Or Apple Store.
For PC or Laptop, Download Software from this URL: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.grandstream.wave

After purchasing PBX Service from Alpha PBX then you will get PBX service setup information through Email.

 Step 1. Please  Open your  GS Wave Apps from Your Android Phone.

Go to Setting > Account Settings > (+) Sign Press > SIP Account >

Account Name: Enter any name (Example: Demo Account)
SIP Server: 
Enter The SIP Server that you get from Alpha Net. (Example: trial.alphapbx.net:8090 or You can use port 8091 for TLS)
Note: 
If You are using Port 8090 then please set the transmission Protocol UDP/TCP and If You are use Port 8091 then please Set the Transmission Protocol "TLS"
SIP User ID:
Enter Your Extension that you get from Alpha Net (Example: 101)
SIP Authentication ID: Same As Extension
Password: Enter The Extension password that you get from Alpha Net.
Display Name: Enter any Name that you want. (Example: Test)

Setp:2. Go to Setting> Account Settings.

Step:3.  Please click "+"   From Top  Right Corner.

Step:4. Please click on SIP Account.

Step 5: Please Fillup the Form that we mark in the screenshot. You will get all information from Alpha Net that you need fill up. After completing, You need to Click the Top Right Corner "✓" checkmark Option to save all settings.

 

 

Step 6: Note: If You are use Port 8090 then please set transmission Protocol UDP/TCP and If You are using Port 8091 then please Set Transmission Protocol "TLS"


Step 7: 
If your account has a green mark in the right corner, then your account setup is registered. And if there is a red mark, your account setup is incomplete.
